Sept 11th and 12th:

Barada / van de Mortel Seminars - Mark Harkess V Dan!.
Mark Harkess - Master Harkess Taekwon-Do Schools - A series of sparring seminars with Tomaz Barada and his coach Master Willy van de Mortel has been scheduled for the 11th & 12th September 2010. 

Tomaz Barada (Slovenia) is a 6 time European Champion, 3 time World Champion and an undefeated World Kickboxing (WAKO) Champion. His coach through his successful competitive career has been Master Willy van de Mortel (Netherlands). Together they will put together a fantastic series of seminars that will benefit all those who attend.

The seminars will cater for all Taekwon-Do students as well as kickboxers.

The main training sessions will be aimed at senior students and will be extremely beneficial to both the serious competitor AND those who train purely for fun and fitness!!

There will be separate seminars for children that will have a very relaxed, fun atmosphere.

NB: A group of us are travelling up on the Sunday and we would suggest car sharing, please contact your instructor to liase and make arrangements!
